Holiday Program

Information for Participants

Salvation Army, Angel Tree

Sign up is October 14 thru December 6
Applications can be found at the Armory (701 E Ash St) or Parks and Rec admin office (1 S 7th St)
Children must be 12 and under

Must reside in the Boone Country at the time of application and at the time of distribution
Must have a child 18 or younger permanently living at the Address
- If you are pregnant, the unborn child must be due on, or by, December 31, 2014
Must have a gross income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines as determined by number of people in a household

Children may only be signed up ONCE for the Holiday Program. If more than one person tries to sign up the child, it may DISQUALIFY the family.

An accepted application does NOT guarantee sponsorship.
If not selected for VAC's program, a notification will be mailed with information on other area agencies providing holiday programs.

Sign ups can be done over the phone or in person on a lobby Day.
